Akurana Womens Welfare Association is organized with a Committee, 7 sub-committees for
1.Education,
2. Health,
3. Environment and Home Gardening,
4. Micro-Industries and Vocational Training,
5. Cultural and Religious,
6. External Relations, and
7. Finance.
and has an Advisory Committee consisting of Senior Members called the Senate.
The Presidency is restricted to two terms. The Vice President becomes the President after due service for two years.
